I am 5'10 and 150lbs with long torso so I was unsure with the sizing. I purchased the medium based on measurements and had to return because it was too small. The large fits perfectly! I love this product and I love the way I feel in it. Downside is even with the crotchless feature, I still had to undress to use the restroom (doesn't seem sanitary to me not to, but that's my preference).

FINALLY!! Found a body shaper that actually works for me. It squeezes in all the right places and is comfortable enough to wear under my everyday clothes all day. The complete open crotch took some getting used to... but is perfect for my busy daily schedule and the ability to wear underwear over the shaper and not feel uncomfortable. Would recommend for any new mommy that's trying to get back to post baby body.

I am size medium and after reading all the reviews I ordered Size XL and fits perfectly, not too small or too large, fits actually perfectly well.I am very satisfied with this Body Shaper, and in a little while will order a size smaller.
